Israel is a Chartered Marketer, Managerial Consultant and Business Counsellor.
He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK), is a member of CIM – (MCIM). He has a Masters’ Degree in Public Administration and Management and a Bachelors Degree of Guidance and Counselling and has 15 years’ work experience with a unique trail of starting and nurturing departments and organizations.
Together with other marketing and management consultants, Israel started CME Consultants, a Marketing and Managerial Consultancy firm in Uganda which he now heads as Managing Director. He is also an Associate Consultant in Professional Marketing and Management at Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and Uganda Martyrs University (UMU). Israel is a member of the Board of Governors’ committee at Uganda Counsellors Association (UCA). On the social scene, Israel has impact in the music industry through creative song writing and composition.
Previously Israel was the National Coordinator of Proprietors of Private Education Institutions’ Association in Uganda (PPEIAU), the General Manager at International Medical Link (IML) where he also worked as a Marketing and Sales Manager.
A lecturer and Senior Administrator Assistant – Directorate of Postgraduate studies at Mountains of the Moon University (MMU). Prior, Israel was at World Vision, Girls Education Movement and NET Ministries Uganda.
Catherine is a proficient business consultant, finance, audit, tax, governance and project management specialist with over 13 years of practical work experience and leadership in public, private and NGO sectors. Catherine is a Director and Team Leader at Chartered Marketing and Events Consultants focusing on helping businesses and individuals to excel, through capacity building, tailored and innovative solutions for operations, finance and skills development.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP). She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, Global Project Management Institute and Institute of Internal Auditors. She completed Leadership in Public Management and is a U.S Department of State Reciprocal Exchange Awardee.
Catherine has over the years distinguished herself as a business enthusiast and a key contributor to initiatives in financial management and budgeting, business skills and mentoring, risk management, internal controls and project management, governance and value for money in doing business. She has provided consulting services to several organizations in the above areas including business development, business health assessments and agile processes, preparation of process manuals, team coaching and capacity building.
She sits on the Internal Audit Board Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda(ICPAU), and the Standards Consensus Board Committee of the Global Project Management Institute (PMI). She received the ‘2017 Young Accountant of the Year Award’ for her contribution to the accountancy profession in Uganda, is a Mandela Washington Fellow, and Moderated the 2019 Public Private Partnership discussion at the Mandela Summit in Washington DC, and was the recipient of the 2021 Exceptional Woman in Sustainability Award from Global Women Sustainability Forum. Catherine, commits her time to youth skilling, mentoring and leadership development.
Dr. David is a senior consultant in the Ministry of Health and also a seasoned lecturer currently at the College of Business and Management Sciences (CoBAMS), Makerere University, Kampala, previously at Makerere University Business (MUBS) – Kampala, Melbourne Institute of Technology, 288 La Trobe St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.
David served in established positions at National Information Technology Authority Uganda (NITAU), Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC).
He is as known publisher in various areas in the field of Accounting and Finance.
He has a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance), Victoria University, Australia, MSc. Accounting with Finance, London South Bank University – UK.
